Dr. Fagan started her career with a master’s degree in physiology, writing her thesis on the benefits of bio-identical, trans-dermal hormone replacement therapy. She went on to medical school at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. near her home-state of Virginia. Dr. Fagan moved to Massachusetts where she completed a family medicine residency as well as a women’s health and obstetrics fellowship. She practiced medicine at a federally qualified health center for the underserved and a designated refugee site in Lynn, MA for six years prior to moving to Colorado in 2018 with her family.
As a physician, Dr. Fagan seeks to provide support for patients wanting integrated medical care and enjoys supporting the team at NatureMed. Dr. Fagan is especially interested in longevity medicine and optimizing health at every age. She is passionate about treating the underlying causes of disease.
Dr. Fagan is bilingual in Spanish and when she is not busy caring for patients she is running around at home with her three children. She has a particular interest in cooking, with a focus on the keto diet, and gets outside in Colorado as much as possible–skiing and hiking with her family.
We define integrative medicine as the marriage between naturopathic and conventional medicine. I enjoy helping my patients with both alternative and conventional approaches to achieve optimal health.
