 Advanced Cardiovascular Wellness Program -The most advanced cardiovascular prevention program available. We want to double the number of heart attacks we prevent. To acheive this we are offering packages on our popular Cardiovascular Wellness Program.

Three price structures:

Economy: Includes quarterly blood work with known risk factors such as cholesterol, CRP, Vit D, homocysteine, Lip a Apo-b etc. Includes 4 visits. Includes carotid ultrasound (CMIT). This determines actual plaque in the carotid artery and even arterial age. Save 250.00.

Basic: Includes above plus EBCT heart scan to look at plaque in the heart, diet plan, 6 visits, exercise plan and quarterly lipoprotein analysis. Save 500.00

Advanced/ VIP: includes 1 and 2 plus unlimited visits, email and phone calls.
