1) Economy: Includes anti-aging profile with cardiovascular add ons and quarterly blood work and  follow up visit, bioimpedance analysis (body fat percentage, etc).  Includes four visits and four follow up blood panels! Huge money savings here!

What the basic blood work includes:

• Complete blood count
• Comprehensive metabolic panel
• Vitamin D level
• Homocysteine
• Ferritin
• Testosterone/estrogen/DHEA
• Expanded cardiovascular add ons:
• Lip (a)
• Cardiac CRP
• Cholesterol/triglycerides

 
2) Basic: Includes above plus a low radiation (EBT) heart scan, diet plan, 6 visits, and exercise plan.  Includes some additional labs:

• Apo E (These are genes that influence heart disease risk, Alzheimer's disease and macular degeneration).
• Spectra cell intracellular nutritional analysis. We use this test to screen for nutritional deficiencies. Vitamin, mineral and antioxidant deficiencies have been shown to suppress immune function and contribute to chronic degenerative processes such as arthritis, cancer, Alzheimer's, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
• Hormone panel: Includes estrogen, testosterone, IGF-I, DHEA, and cortisol.

 
3) Advanced: Includes 1 and 2 above plus unlimited visits, email and phone calls for one year, research time, written reports, e-mail and phone calls.  This is basically a "very important patient" or VIP package. Patients on this plan get rapid callbacks and accessibility to the practitioners above and beyond what is typically offered.  Most patients are more than pleased with the basic plan but some individuals require more time and or visits to accomplish their health goals.
