Mens Executive Wellness program includes:

• Initial office visit of up to 90 minutes
• One return office visit of up to 60 minutes
• Fasting blood testing which includes:

  • Comprehensive metabolic panel
  • Vitamin D level
  • Homocysteine
  • Iron stores
  • Hormone testing
    • Testosterone
    • Estrogen (yes, men have estrogen!)
    • DHEA

    • IGF1 (growth hormone testing)

  • Cardiac CRP
  • Apo E (These are genes that influence heart disease risk, Alzheimer's disease and macular degeneration).
• Telomere length: to determine how you are aging
• Spectracell Laboratory intracellular nutritional analysis. One of the most comprehensive nturitional status assessments available. Vitamin, mineral and antioxidant deficiencies have been shown to suppress immune function and contribute to chronic degenerative processes such as arthritis, cancer, Alzheimer's, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
• Clinical nutrition plan
• Physical exam, including prostate exam and heart exam
• BIA body composition assessment
• Mental status exam
• Light breakfast (be sure to let our staff know if you have any dietary restrictions when making your appointment)
